This week we want to remind residents that if you need work done on your home or garden please choose a safe, local trader from our Trading Standards Checked (TSC) directory. Together with Kent Police and our members, the TSC scheme aims to prevent financial abuse, stop doorstep criminals and protect residents, especially the vulnerable, from criminal and rogue traders.

Make sure to look out for others and report anything you see to Kent Police on 101. You can also report it to the charity CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. You'll stay 100% anonymous, always.
