Reason for Inquiry: An Appeal by Reclamet (Holdings) Limited against a Notice of Revocation of an Environmental Permit (EPR/JB3501LT) relating to the operation of a regulated facility at the Recycling Centre, Woodchurch Road, Birchington, Kent CT7 0HL. The Revocation Notice was issued by the Environment Agency dated 27 March 2025.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs will attend at the place, date and time shown above to consider the appeal.
