We wanted to tell you about the Annual Residents’ Survey for 2025, and one other chance for you to get involved in shaping things that are happening in the district.

Annual Residents’ Survey 2025

The Annual Residents’ Survey is your chance to tell us what matters most to you.

We provide over 30 different services for local people across the district. You’re invited to share your view on what’s going well and where we can improve.

A number of Thanet households were sent a postcard with a QR code and a unique reference number to access the survey. If you received one please take the time to fill out the form - either scan the QR code, or click on this link. You’ll need your unique code before you get started.

If you didn't get a postcard, your views are still important to us. We invite you to fill out the open survey on Your Voice Thanet.

Both surveys are open until 5pm on Monday 24 November.

East Kent Design Code

Work continues to prepare the ground for a Design Code for the East Kent districts. There’s an online survey where local people can share their thoughts on what makes good design.

The feedback received will help to develop design principles to improve the design of new buildings in East Kent.

The short online survey will close on Thursday 9 November 2025.
